About Michigan Language Center
Our Beginnings
MLC began in 1978 as a language school that provided English as a Second Language classes for internationals in the Ann Arbor area. Throughout our history, we have trained over 50,000 individuals from over 50 different countries. Our accredited Intensive English program hosts F1- visa students who study full-time on our campus, which is located adjacent to the University of Michigan.
Today
Today, MLC has expanded our services to include customizable English language and communication solutions for companies of all industries. Our tailored training programs can be designed to accomplish a wide range of needs, from private coaching for executives to language training for global teams. Our training solutions can be offered both online or onsite.
We also partner with Human Resources departments to offer English assessment and training resources for candidates and new hires.
